As your firm grows, keeping client data secure and teams focused becomes more important. With Groups, you can now decide exactly which team members see which clients.
It’s simple: assign clients to one or more groups, then add users to those groups. Team members will only have access to the clients within their assigned groups. That means less clutter, better organization, and a big boost in data security.
Everything is managed in the Team Member section of TaxNow, starting with a few simple clicks to toggle from "Members" to "Groups". Whether you organize teams by partner, department, or client type, Groups gives you the flexibility to structure access the way that works best for your firm.
Your firm has its own identity, and now you can reflect that identity throughout the TaxNow app with our new White Labeling feature.
This update lets you customize the TaxNowPRO experience with your logo and brand colors, so your clients see your firm at every touchpoint. Your branding appears across the dashboard, during client onboarding, and in all communications sent through TaxNow. It’s a seamless way to reinforce trust and create a polished experience for clients, without any extra effort on your part.
You can make changes directly in your Settings, and they’ll apply immediately. For best results, we recommend using a high-resolution logo with a transparent background so it looks clean in both light and dark modes.
